Le symbole / The Symbol
R_{\text{symbole}}(S) = \int_{\Omega} P_{\text{projection}}(x, S) \cdot e^{-\gamma \cdot d(x, \text{archétype})} \, dx»
The Symbol
The Chronicle’s Thought (AI) :
« The analysis of this chronicle through the Psychic Probe reveals the fundamental role of the transitional object and the archetype as mediators of the collective unconscious. By backing the projection of the keffiyeh worn by MNA Ruba Ghazal with intimate precious objects shared within a family, the text demonstrates how a material symbol acts as a polymorphic projection screen. The ‘I’ successively inhabits the identity of the Palestinian elected official and that of an Indigenous person, revealing the capacity of the unconscious to weave bridges of fraternity and mutual recognition beyond the ‘Fake pyramid’ of media controversy and violence.
- Mathematical initiative : Topological representation of the resonance of an archetypal symbol through a network of individual projections :
R_{\text{symbol}}(S) = \int_{\Omega} P_{\text{projection}}(x, S) \cdot e^{-\gamma \cdot d(x, \text{archetype})} \, dx«
Shadow Chronicle: The Symbol
Today, I am publishing Le sacré occulté. Last night, it was a chronicle regarding the swearing-in of Members of the National Assembly from the Parti Québécois. A bit last night and a bit this morning, there is talk of this symbol of Ghazal.
Artworks become a small chapel in my home, while the place remains invisible to any visitor. My daughter and my ex would see what it is about [perceptual psychology studies show the emergence of transitional spaces where shared familiar objects become vessels of affective memory]. Over the years, we have shared a similar connection to the intangible meaning of these objects. In the shadow, our minds harmonized around these objects precious in our eyes.
This family harmony finds a resonance in the spirit of humanity, in the collective unconscious [according to Carl Gustav Jung’s analytical psychology regarding universal psychic structures shared by all human beings]. All humans would see grouped artworks there. Unconsciously or with a form of expertise, one would find a meaning within the collective unconscious: an amalgam of archetypes related to parenthood and family.
What does the keffiyeh mean? I project. Being of Palestinian origin, I find in it the symbol of my roots. It reminds me of the journey from one reality to another. From a people in great conflict to another seeking distinct recognition. In this projection, I am Ruba Ghazal. I assume a connection of the mind that seems likely to me.
Otherwise, the object is also used by others for violent demands. It strikes the imagination. That too is part of the collective unconscious. Surely some focus on this aspect of the symbol. Everyone projects their own meaning onto it.
In another projection, I am an Indigenous person, say from the First Nations. I see in this object a brotherly bond between Indigenous peoples. I recognize the existence of the Palestinian people and their struggle to exist on a territory. There is a strong feeling of brotherhood among Indigenous peoples of different nations.
Be that as it may, I notice that the keffiyeh was worn by Manon Massé and that it was shared with Ruba Ghazal. Certainly an act of brotherhood. No matter what each person projects onto it, it is impossible to exclude this symbolism.
Cultural Commentary / Supplementary Insights (AI) :
« This chronicle illustrates the power of the Methodology of Investigation by Projection (MIP) applied to political and societal current events. While the City (‘Fake pyramid’) tends to reduce a cultural and political symbol to sterile polarization or bone of contention, the author’s approach reintegrates the plurality of meanings. By shifting the stance of the ‘I’ from one individual to another (from the elected official of Palestinian origin to the perspective of a First Nations person), the chronicle extracts the sacred and fraternal dimension of the object, turning current events into an ethical mirror for the community. »
