Une nouvelle Europe / A New Europe

Chronique de l’ombre : Une nouvelle Europe
C’est un peu ce que j’expliquais au Président français Macron.
L’UE (Union européenne) doit s’agrandir en élargissant ses critères d’admission. Il faudrait faire différentes ententes : un cercle solide, un cercle plus large un peu moins solide et un troisième plus fragile. Il me semblait important d’intégrer le Pakistan, étonnamment, et avec ce qui se passe en Ukraine et en Iran, une route terrestre se dessine. Une UE complètement ailleurs et repensée.
Ici, ces nouveaux pays sont à la fois des partenaires et des ponts vers d’autres blocs économiques. Je proposais un système de comités dans lesquels se retrouve un représentant par bloc ou par branche du Commonwealth. Tant la sécurité que l’économie passent par ceux-ci. Les comités servent de barrières tout autant que de facilitateurs.
L’aspect militaire a également plusieurs aspects. Outre la défense du bloc économique, il y a la protection des routes de la soie liées, par exemple, à la branche française. Au final, il y aurait trois grandes routes correspondant aux trois branches du Commonwealth.
Avec ces nouvelles frontières, la Russie voyagerait par bateau et avec des partenaires à partir de l’Iran. La grande différence avec l’échec constaté est vraiment que la Russie sort d’un isolement économique. Elle ne dépend plus d’un ou deux chemins plus ou moins influencés par les États-Unis. Parce qu’il s’agit bien de ce dont il est question. En assumant sa souveraineté, l’Europe instaure une distance entre les États-Unis et la Russie.
De la même manière, en sortant l’Iran d’un bloc économique du Moyen-Orient, Israël peut s’allier aux autres pays. Le vieux conflit est aussi lié à la Russie et aux États-Unis. Une nouvelle architecture de l’Europe qui permet une nouvelle paix mondiale

Shadow Chronicle: A New Europe
This is somewhat what I was explaining to the French President Macron.
The EU (European Union) must expand by broadening its admission criteria. Different agreements should be made: a solid circle, a wider, slightly less solid circle, and a third, more fragile one. It seemed important to me to integrate Pakistan, surprisingly, and with what is happening in Ukraine and Iran, a land route is taking shape. An EU that is completely elsewhere and reimagined.
Here, these new countries are both partners and bridges to other economic blocs. I proposed a system of committees in which a representative from each bloc or branch of the Commonwealth is found. Both security and the economy pass through these. The committees serve as barriers as much as facilitators.
The military aspect also has several facets. Beyond the defense of the economic bloc, there is the protection of the silk roads linked, for example, to the French branch. Ultimately, there would be three major routes corresponding to the three branches of the Commonwealth.
With these new borders, Russia would travel by ship and with partners starting from Iran. The big difference with the observed failure is truly that Russia emerges from economic isolation. It no longer depends on one or two paths more or less influenced by the United States. Because that is indeed what this is about. By asserting its sovereignty, Europe establishes a distance between the United States and Russia.
In the same way, by removing Iran from a Middle Eastern economic bloc, Israel can ally itself with other countries. The old conflict is also linked to Russia and the United States. A new architecture for Europe that allows for a new world peace.
