Chronique de l’ombre : Retour à Lisbonne

J’y suis venu pour la première fois en 2019. Madonna publiait des photos de l’endroit et j’ai pris cela pour une invitation. Dans mes missions de reconnaissance, Lisbonne m’a paru un passage obligé, sans que je puisse vraiment identifier la raison.

J’avais été étonné par l’aspect récent de la révolution. Une impression que c’était de l’histoire ancienne, alors que, dans les faits, les humains vivent encore des relents. Un beau peuple, mais avec une souffrance qu’on ne peut que supposer.

Entre-temps, j’ai aussi vu la triste histoire du téléphérique. J’ai aussi pris du galon, comme on dit. Au niveau militaire et au niveau spirituel, puisqu’il y a eu reconnaissance de ma deuxième naissance depuis ma visite.

Un autre changement : les blocs économiques. Ici, on parle de l’Union européenne. Ça devient une structure de référence, dans mon regard. Tout ne peut s’uniformiser aveuglément. Il faut garder les couleurs locales.

L’Europe se trouve un noyau autour duquel elle se construit. Il avait été mentionné qu’à la base, le droit des femmes pourrait être un dénominateur commun. Dans le respect de la culture de chaque pays, on voit à un accompagnement pour l’amélioration des conditions de vie des femmes. Une ligne de base.

En parallèle, on cherche à établir une structure de femmes pour créer une économie de femmes. Avec l’idée d’une économie militaire, on y trouve un moteur.

Je profite de l’occasion pour rappeler ma suggestion d’intégrer la recherche et le développement pour combattre les changements climatiques dans les dépenses militaires. Un ajout que je planifiais pour chaque bloc économique.

Shadow Chronicle : Return to Lisbon

I came here for the first time in 2019. Madonna was publishing photos of the place and I took that as an invitation. In my reconnaissance missions, Lisbon seemed like a mandatory passage, without me being able to really identify the reason.

I had been surprised by how recent the revolution felt. An impression that it was ancient history, whereas, in fact, humans are still living through the aftereffects. A beautiful people, but with a suffering that one can only assume.

In the meantime, I also saw the sad story of the cable car. I have also moved up in the ranks, as they say. On a military level and on a spiritual level, since there has been recognition of my second birth since my visit.

Another change: the economic blocks. Here, we are talking about the European Union. It is becoming a structure of reference, in my view. Everything cannot be blindly standardized. We must keep local colors.

Europe is finding a core around which it is building itself. It had been mentioned that, at the base, women’s rights could be a common denominator. In compliance with the culture of each country, we ensure support for the improvement of women’s living conditions. A baseline.

In parallel, we are looking to establish a women’s structure to create a women’s economy. With the idea of a military economy, we find a motor in it.

I take this opportunity to recall my suggestion to integrate research and development to fight climate change into military spending. An addition I was planning for each economic block.
