L’idée est similaire à celle des services secrets. Chaque pays et nation a son service, et le bloc a son service secret pour les coordonner tous. Personne ne perd son indépendance. On fait de même pour les armées. Une armée commune constituée d’une part de chacune. L’armée est centralisée, coordonnée par un comité reflétant l’ensemble des membres.

En tout cas, c’est ma suggestion de design. Minimal et très efficace. L’armée du bloc pourrait voir une rotation des parts des armées composantes. Je ne m’avance plus vraiment pour les pourcentages parce que je me suis fait parler par mon agent. Hahaha. Donc, je peux dire un pourcentage, mais c’est mon agent qui détermine.
