J’écoute l’épisode 5 de la première saison, celui de jeudi de la semaine dernière. Paf! Un coup de massue. Cette chanson de Gowan se fait entendre sortie tout droit de mon esprit. Je l’ai écoutée, dansée, adoptée. Impossible de ne pas en faire une chronique.

Sous un certain angle, c’est bien l’histoire que je vous raconte. Dans un premier temps, mon esprit malade s’est entraîné. Il continue, d’ailleurs.

Est-ce que j’étais sous hypnose ou éveillé lorsque j’ai dit à ma fille qu’on apprenait beaucoup lorsqu’on enseignait? Ce n’est pas clair. Déjà, petite, elle enseignait le piano à ses deux meilleures amies! Sœur Éliane lui donnait des cours depuis un moment, puis elle a commencé à montrer des bases à ces deux-là. Plus tard, ma fille a été admise au Conservatoire de musique de Québec en piano. Nous étions très fiers d’elle.

Malheureusement, je ne voyais pas encore l’ampleur du poids qu’elle portait, bien que j’eusse dit à sa mère que je voyais que notre fille avait des symptômes d’un syndrome de stress post-traumatique. C’est tout ce que je pouvais faire, ça et mes nombreuses plaintes à la police contre le voisin qui nous harcelait.

Mais bon, cela devait nous servir de passer de l’esprit malade à l’esprit criminel. Bien que je soupçonne une partie cachée de ce que ma fille a enduré, j’ai très bien saisi la méchanceté qu’elle a vécue dans ma famille d’origine. La fameuse reprogrammation. Un perfectionnement à l’esprit criminel auquel l’ancien voisin nous avait initiés: une criminalité folle. Quelques années plus tard, je me réveille et constate que le cauchemar est bien plus grave que je l’imaginais.

L’esprit malade s’est combiné à l’esprit criminel. Une synthèse apocalyptique d’où émerge des profondeurs de l’humain une terreur sans nom. Ici, le Surmoi devient l’autorité dominante. Tout est très contrôlé, soumis et en continuel jugement. L’examen est une question de vie ou de mort. Le Je se déplace là-dedans. Imaginez.

On s’en va ailleurs, toutefois tout est à construire. Le malade est véritablement soigné. On s’occupe de son humanité, pas de son comportement à conditionner. Pourquoi agit-il ainsi? Que veut-il nous dire? Son Je est souffrant et n’arrive pas à décrire ce mal. Il est sans mots. Un genre de sans-patchs; un parallèle à faire.

C’est un mal à nommer, à identifier, à lui donner un sens. Profondément. Le problème n’est pas le comportement, mais ce qui le génère, le mal qui cherche à s’exprimer. Ce mal emprisonne l’humain, son humanité. Arrivé à un certain point, le mal crie. Le problème n’est pas le cri, mais le mal.

I am listening to episode 5 of the first season, the one from Thursday of last week. Paf! A sledgehammer blow. This song by Gowan acts out straight from my mind. I listened to it, danced to it, adopted it. Impossible not to write a chronicle about it.

From a certain angle, it is indeed the story I am telling you. In a first stage, my sick mind trained itself. It continues, moreover.

Was I under hypnosis or awake when I told my daughter that we learned a lot when we taught? It is not clear. Already, as a little girl, she taught piano to her two best friends!
