Échange philosophique — discussion expérimentale sur le communisme (avec Vladimir Poutine)

J’utilise le principe du rayonnement. Vous installez ce nouvel ordre à Moscou, puis, de là, vous avez dans toutes les directions en suivant votre route de la soie. Je suppose que vous installerez ce nouvel ordre en Russie, puis dans les pays plus proches, géographiquement, de votre sous-bloc.

C’est le principe de la Rome antique. À chaque arrêt, on reproduit une Rome à l’échelle de l’endroit. Hors de votre sous-bloc et du bloc, vous aurez ces ajustements pour instaurer une sociale-démocratie. Caracas pourrait être un point central pour rayonner une Rome adaptée, une voie de passage entre deux réalités politiques et économiques. Venezuela, Cuba. Le Québec devient le modèle pour cette Rome adaptée et, aussi, une voie de passage.

Une fois le conflit terminé, certains pays européens, bien sûr. Déjà, l’Allemagne et la France sont adaptées. Autrement, l’Italie et l’Espagne. Le Portugal, d’une certaine manière.

Ce modèle a été testé en Amérique latine et est encore en activité. En Italie aussi, sans doute à partir des différentes régions phares, chacune son rayonnement dans tout le pays. Toujours le modèle de la Rome antique. Comités et tout.

Ici, ce qui me vient à l’esprit, c’est qu’il n’y a pas séparation de classe comme base sociale, mais la bonne foi. Ça ne détruit pas les classes sociales, mais toutes ont avantage à investir dans les personnes à la base.

Une illustration ou une image que j’utilise : on va créer des consommateurs en Chine. Enrichir les personnes les plus pauvres engendrera qu’elles voudront améliorer leur sort. Leurs consommations deviendront des profits pour les entrepreneurs et les actionnaires, qui réinvestiront dans les personnes à la base.

Le cycle de l’argent est vivant.

Finalement, c’est ça que vous me dites. Vous n’êtes pas contre le féminisme comme tel, mais dénoncez qu’il soit nécessaire. Vous empêchez ces regroupements pour ne pas engendrer une telle distinction dans l’esprit de vos gens. L’égalité des sexes : une réalité, tout simplement.

L’aspect des propriétés rentre dans un principe de responsabilité. Plus la personne a du pouvoir, plus elle a de la responsabilité. La séparation pouvoir-responsabilité permet l’immunité : un acte de mauvaise foi lorsque des solutions concrètes sont possibles. On revient au cycle vivant de l’argent.

Mon idée initiale, après l’annonce de l’ouverture ou de la décision de changer le système pour le socialisme, était de voir différentes formes de socialisme dans le bloc asiatique. Vous avez une structure « sociale-démocrate » avec votre fonction gouvernementale russe. Ça devient un socialisme russe. Ça me semble évident que la Chine en aura un autre, plus adapté à sa réalité. Socialisme chinois ? Etc.

Essentiellement, la pyramide du haut finit par revenir à vouloir rétablir l’ancien ordre parce que la révolution est trop chaotique. Il y a aussi, selon moi, beaucoup de vengeance durant cette période de chaos. C’est aussi ce qu’on a vu avec le chaos de la fake pyramide.

Un système de comités permet l’harmonisation pour l’ensemble de la société.

On va y arriver assez facilement, Monsieur. Ça demande un travail de surface, tel que vous l’avez vu. Les valeurs russes sont conservées intactes, et même l’esprit communiste demeure quant à son idéal. Fondamental. Fondamental, parce que vous ne partez pas plus loin que les États-Unis dans cette nouvelle réalité.

Les comités fonctionnent comme des tables rondes. Déjà, on est ailleurs quant à l’autorité. Néanmoins, à un moment donné, le président du comité doit décider. Ce n’est pas dictatorial, c’est une question d’efficacité et de nécessité de résultats. Ça ne peut pas rester théorique jusqu’à ce qu’on trouve l’idéal. Les ajustements se font plutôt dans sa mise en application. Il y a donc un besoin de délégation des pouvoirs pour que les bons ajustements se fassent. (Propriétaires et syndicats.) L’aspect autorité.

L’aspect plus « idéal » du communisme se retrouve paradoxalement dans les investissements des gens les plus riches, qui sont dans les sommets des pyramides. L’essentiel des investissements se fait à la base des pyramides, plutôt que de se restreindre seulement à ce qui est de plus en plus payant. En m’appuyant sur un livre de Warren Buffett, c’est dire que ça fonctionnerait très bien en Occident aussi : on fait des investissements à long terme plutôt que de chercher uniquement le profit immédiat.

Ça coûte très peu d’investir à la base, contrairement à la rentabilité immédiate. Même lorsqu’on perd, ça ne représente pas un gros pourcentage. Et, de toute façon, chaque personne finira par vouloir améliorer sa qualité de vie et consommera pour ce faire. L’argent va graduellement remonter, et les sommets réinvestiront dans les bases.

L’Occident a aussi un travail à faire, comme vous voyez. Le point de rencontre est là.

Инвестировать в основание стоит очень дешево, в отличие от немедленной рентабельности. Даже когда мы теряем, это не составляет большого процента. И в любом случае, каждый человек в конечном итоге захочет улучшить качество своей жизни и будет потреблять для этого. Деньги будут постепенно подниматься вверх, и вершины будут снова инвестировать в основания.
